So the pitty party last a few hows...I decided it wasn't going to be about what I couldn't do...it had to be about what I could do if I had any thoughts of making it to Desert RATS. It might be a stretch...the doc is nervous...HELL I AM NERVOUS...going forward I am limited on running...so what can I do? I can walk...I can walk uphill on a treadmill...I can ride a stationary bike...so that is what I am going to do...a lot.
Thrusday afternoon...I walked fast for 1 hour and rode a fucking recumbent bike for 30 min...those things are fucking evil.
Friday 45 min on the trainer in the morning...30 on the evil recumbent and 30 on the treadmill...you talk about a HCMF...it is hard mentally but that might be a good thing.
